Vilebrequin and Palm Angels reunited for a swimwear capsule – WWD


Palm Angels and Vilebrequin have teamed up again for their second swimwear collaboration, which launched on Tuesday.

The capsule collection consists of patterned shorts and solid colors, bearing the logos of both brands. While solid color styles come in classic black, Neptune blue, and Sunshine yellow, patterned styles come in camouflage and animal patterns, a tropical sunset, Art Deco-inspired patterns, and a bear pattern. plush with paisley patterns.

The two brands first linked up for Summer 2021, offering a camo style, Palm Angels monogram pattern and jungle graffiti graphic shorts. The styles are still available and priced at $360.

Also last year, Vilebrequin celebrated 50 years in business with an anniversary collection and continued this year by teaming up with Brooks Brothers and Woolmark on separate capsule collections.

Palm Angels, on the other hand, launched its collaboration collection with fellow Italian label Missoni and opened its first US store in Miami. The new store builds on Palm Angels’ growing retail footprint which includes stores in Wuhan at K11 Mall, Forte dei Marmi in Lucca Province, Macau Galaxy in China, Central Embassy Bangkok, Hong Kong in Causeway Bay, and in Chengdu, Shanghai and Beijing.

The new styles will be available on Vilebrequin and Palm Angels websites and in select stores.
