Joe Browns has showcased its first “upcycled” swimwear collection as it moves towards sustainability.
The 16-piece range offers a choice of swimsuits, bikinis, tankinis, bustiers, paneled briefs and skirts.
The collection is priced from £18 to £45, the garments are made in a polyester fabric made from recycled plastics.

Joe Browns said the designs were inspired by 1960s holiday styles and “vibrant bohemian vibes”.
The range also features subtle internal architectural and design features including tummy support, underwire, gathers, adjustable straps and removable pads.
Louise Harrison, Swimwear Buyer at Joe Browns, said: “It was important to create a range of swimwear that, above all, looked great, was comfortable to wear and featured the great prints that our customers love.
“While sourcing the fabric, we found this incredible recycled plastic/polyester blend that means Joe Browns and our customers can do a little for the environment while buying water-worthy pieces for their wardrobe. summer dress. Joe Browns’ wider womenswear collection also contains sustainable content, with denim dresses, jeans and shorts including recycled polyester.
