Sustainability doesn’t have to compromise style, and the new capsule collection from Dior and Parley By The Oceans is proof of that. In order to become more eco-innovative, the fashion house has partnered with the organization dedicated to preserving the ocean, the world’s largest ecosystem, with a strategy called Parley Air: Avoid, Intercept, Redesign.

Released today, April 14, as part of Dior’s pre-fall collection, the capsule features eco-friendly pieces including poplin pants, a chunky tee, polo shirt, sweater and two packable jackets. The new B23 sneakers, featuring bio-based plastic soles, make a splash with the heathered Adriatic fabric.

High-end casual looks feature recycled yarns and fabrics crafted from Parley Ocean Plastic. Marine debris and fishing gear salvaged from coasts and islands around the world are fashioned alongside silky jacquard, knitted knit and technical canvas.

In a dominant color palette of blue and ocher hues, clothing and accessories are adorned with iconic archival motifs, including the Dior Oblique and graphic Adriatic motif. The product from the beachwear capsule benefits the Parley X10 impact program, which guarantees that 10 times the equivalent of each product’s carbon and plastic footprint will come from nature.

The collection is launching in select stores and can be purchased online here.
